The Residential Training Program, “Experience the Laboratories,” was conducted from 22-27 February 2025, as part of National Science Day celebrations by 沙巴体育 Academy of Higher Education. The event was hosted by MCOPS, 沙巴体育. The program provided school children with hands-on exposure to various scientific disciplines through interactive sessions, laboratory visits, and skill-building activities. Participants engaged in physical activities like yoga and games, followed by academic sessions at renowned institutions such as WGSHA, KMC, MAPS, MSLS, MIT, DAMP, Innovation Centre, MCBR, MSAP, MIC and MCOPS.? The program also featured visits to research centers, a planetarium show, a heritage village tour, and a Science Hackathon, allowing students to apply their learning innovatively. Evenings were dedicated to discussions, self-defence, basic life support, and group activities. The program, being conducted for the last 20+ years by MAHE, fostered scientific curiosity and practical learning, equipping students with essential skills for future academic pursuits.

The valedictory ceremony held on 27 February 2025 marked the successful conclusion of the program, celebrating students' participation and achievements. The resident hackathon winners were awarded prizes by the Chief Guest, Dr. H.S. Ballal, Pro-Chancellor of MAHE, 沙巴体育. The Chief Guest, addressed and interacted with the school children, inspiring them with his insights. The event was further graced by the Guest of Honour, Dr. Raviraja N.S., Chief Operating Officer, MAHE, along with Dr. Narayana Sabhahit, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Technology and Science), and Dr. Srinivas Mutalik, Principal of MCOPS, MAHE. They addressed the students, commending their enthusiasm and encouraging them to pursue scientific exploration.
